The door panel is made of polyurethane and foamed as a whole with the panel, featuring a smooth appearance and excellent insulation performance. At the same time, it overcomes the defect of riveting affecting the appearance. The unique rounded corner design is smooth and pleasing to the eye.
The door frame is made of aluminum alloy or wooden main frame wrapped with stainless steel, presenting a neat and elegant appearance and being durable. It is also equipped with a self-limiting temperature electric heating tape, eliminating the need for temperature control or manual power supply switching.
[ Guide Rail Device ] The guide rail is made of aluminum alloy. Inside it, the guide wheel device and the pressing wheel device work in coordination to separate the door from the door frame when it is opened and press against the door frame and the floor when it is closed.
[ Transmission System ] It adopts synchronous motors and coding combinations, eliminating limit switches and double-stability switches. It can accurately and error-free transmit motion. The manual conversion ensures the safety and practicality of the electric door for cold storage.
The electrical control system ensures the reliability of the electrical control system. Various trigger states such as wireless and anti-pinch system program design correspond to different response situations, enabling the door control to achieve better results.
